This newly renovated penthouse apartment is within walking distance from Morzine centre and on the ski bus route. It is a fantastic property offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

Renovated to a high standard, this modern penthouse occupies the top floor of a residence, offering outstanding views of the nearby ski slopes and surrounding mountains. It's the perfect retreat for family holidays or friends enjoying time together.

The bright and airy living area features a large, comfortable corner sofa where you can unwind in front of the open fire, read a good book, or watch a movie on the large screen TV after a day on the slopes. The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you need to self-cater, with an oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.

The dining area can comfortably seat six guests around a wooden table with two benches and two dining chairs. A door from the dining area leads to the balcony, perfect for soaking up the mountain views.

Wifi is included, and there's open-air parking for two cars right outside the building.

The apartment can sleep 6 people in 3 bedrooms, configured as follows:

Bedroom 1: large master bedroom with twin/double bed.

There is 1 shared bathroom with a bath and WC.

The apartment is let on a self-catering basis. However, the agents are able to arrange various catering options from the odd meal to a meal delivery service through to fully catered.
