Chalet staff were Pete and Annabell who were helped out by Mikalie (who also picked us up from Geneva) The whole experience from start to finish was outstanding and I would like to pass on my thanks to all those involved. The package offered by tree line is excellent. Staff, Chalet, Food, Service and attention to detail. But what really brought all this together is the staff who really couldn't have done more to make sure we had a great time. Nothing was ever a problem with all three regularly going out of their way to help us. Food was amazing, breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. Each night something new and something different. Every day we were patiently and attentively offered transportation to the different ski lifts, this sometimes took along time with a group out size and we were even picked up when if requested at the end of the day. Any query from the group was followed up by meticulous care and attention from organizing specialist ski equipment to massage companies and all with a skip in their step. I really could go on. Although my first actual chalet holiday I have spent a number of years working in the Alps for a number of large tour operators. I have seen many different chalet products from relatively low end to super exclusive and I can honestly say that Tree Line offer a premium product at an incredible competitive price. This of course can only be achieved by premium selection for staff which they have also managed to find. Once again big thanks to Pete, Annabell and Mikalie. You absolutely made the holiday and your an asset to your company and a prime example of how to run a Chalet (and drive a van in the snow).
